01 — About

From problem to adoption

I'm a solutions-minded engineer who owns a problem end to end: understanding the need with the people who have it, breaking the system down, choosing the technology, building the solution, and driving it to real adoption. Today I build data and LLM-based AI solutions as an Analytics Engineer at Ness Technologies.

Before tech, I spent years leading people as an IDF officer, and I still serve as a Major in the reserves. That taught me to make decisions under pressure and to present complex work clearly to senior stakeholders. I combine creative problem-solving, data, software, and on-the-ground understanding to make things actually work.

MiluimCheck: a self-service platform for IDF reservists

🏆 Excellence Award · Head of the IDF Personnel Directorate

Reservists were drowning in scattered publications about their rights. MiluimCheck turns them into a personal profile of the benefits each person is entitled to, with real-time updates, so they can actually use them.

I owned the whole lifecycle on my own: problem discovery, user research, development, and rollout across units.

Text-to-SQL AI assistant

An LLM tool that lets non-technical users ask questions about organizational data in plain language, with no waiting for an analyst. Reliability was improved through system-prompt tuning and a designed test suite.

A multi-modal ML system that assesses cognitive development in children. It combines computer vision with pen-movement analysis to classify drawing behaviors with high accuracy.

  1. Analytics Engineer

    Jul 2025 – Present

    Ness Technologies

    • Built an LLM-based Text-to-SQL assistant for non-technical users.
    • Designed a semantic layer so every metric has one agreed definition.
    • Lead data governance, including automation that catches duplicate and broken tables before they reach decision-makers.

  2. Brigade HR Officer, Major (Res.)

    2023 – 2026

    IDF Reserves

    • Led 30+ soldiers and officers and ran brigade-level HR for thousands of troops during active wartime.
    • Made decisions under pressure and presented to senior command.

    • Taught Python, cyber and data communications to middle and high school students, with a focus on hands-on practice and independent thinking.
